West Suburban Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Victoria Glatz, MS, RDN, CSG, LDN

Welcome to the West Suburban Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (WSAND)!
My name is Victoria Glatz, and I am pleased to be serving as your 2020-2021 WSAND President. During these unprecedented times, our meetings will be held virtually this year. Our Board has been excitedly preparing for this year’s programs. Topics include a wide variety from IDDSI implementation and the Future Education Model to low FODMAP diets and a virtual cooking demonstration on plant-based eating for the oncology patient. We even have a discounted rate on dues for this upcoming year!
We know everyone has been facing unique challenges this year. We hope that by joining WSAND it will allow each and every nutrition professional or student some personal time for growth, enrichment and community. If anyone is interested in learning how to become more involved with WSAND, please do not hesitate to contact any of our outstanding Board members.
Lettuce, turnip, the beet for an egg-cellent program year!
