Responsibilities: The National Soybean Research Laboratory at the University of Illinois is seeking a 75% time, 12-month visiting academic professional staff member to provide dietetic research, training, and administrative support for programs undertaken by or supported by the National Soybean Research Laboratory and the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH) program. The position may become non-visiting and up to full time depending on funding and programmatic needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Nutrition or related field required (Master’s preferred). Must be a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) Experience with grant writing and writing for professional and lay publications is desirable. Experience working with hunger, malnutrition, diabetes, and/or obesity is desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills required and foreign language skills are preferred.
