In the News, a feature on many of the IDA's sites, has been designed to help debunk the myths you may have heard or seen about nutrition information. A close review of the sometimes clashing nutrition messages reveals that the public is often left up in the air about what is accurate nutrition information. Licensed nutrition experts agree, it is a challenge and sometimes frustrating trying to decipher all the conflicting sources of information. How do you know who or what to believe?
