Dr. Julie Raeder Schumacher, EdD, RD, LDN

Julie is a registered and licensed dietitian. She is a graduate of South Dakota State University and completed her Dietetic Internship, Master’s degree, and Doctoral degree at Illinois State University in Normal, IL.

Julie is currently the director of the Dietetic Internship at Illinois State University where she also serves as Assistant Professor. She works prn at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center in Bloomington, IL to continue developing her clinical nutrition skills.
Julie has a passion for educational technology and believes the key to cultivating learning environments for today and tomorrow’s students/clients is with personal connection through technology and multimedia tools.
