Kristina D. Adams, MS, RD, LDN
Kristina.adams@carle.com

Kristina is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of experience in the field. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees both from Eastern Illinois University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.

She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and has served in many leadership capacities. She is currently the Weight Management Lead for the Carle Weight Management Center associated with the Carle Physician’s Group in Champaign, IL. She teaches weight loss group classes, demonstrates healthy cooking techniques and provides pre and post op counseling for weight loss surgery patients.

Her interest areas are weight loss, bariatric surgery, and healthy cooking. Kristina lives by the mantra ‘eat to live, not live to eat.’ She can be reached at 217-326-1482 or Kristina.adams@carle.com
