Policy:
Employment opportunities for members of IDA will be available
by mail or fax from IDA’s central office and posted on
IDA’s website (eatrightillinois.org)
Procedure:
1. The employment opportunities provided by IDA’s central
office and posted on IDA’s website will be identical.
This will be accomplished by using the website as the primary
source
of information that can be printed and mailed or faxed as requested.
2. Opportunities listed will be in accordance with ADA requirements.
3. Employment opportunities that are open to all visitors of
the web site will be listed for approximately 30 days for a fair
market value as established by the IDA executive committee. If
additional time is required, a reduced fee will be charged for
subsequent 30-day periods. This reduced charge only applies to
the same position posting. Hyperlink capabilities will be offered
at fair market value as established by the IDA executive committee.
4. Employment opportunities that are listed in the IDA member’s
only section will be free of charge. These opportunities will
be listed for approximately 30 days. There will be one e-mail
hyperlink allowed.
5. Employment opportunities will be submitted to IDA via
the website. The webmaster will provide the secretary/treasurer
with appropriate billing information. The webmaster will
review the opportunities for minimum requirements and inappropriate
submissions. If the webmaster requires further clarification
on appropriateness, the website co-chair of member services
will be consulted. The webmaster will post the information
received within 3 working days.
6. Once posted, employment opportunities will remain on the
list for approximately 30 days unless removal is requested, in
writing prior to this time, by the person who requested the original
post.
