Responsibilities: The University of Illinois Medical Center is seeking Registered Dietitians to provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education through assessment, health care team collaborations, and counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: provision of nutritional assessment and counseling to patients and family members, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, and participation in quality improvement process. Successful candidates will be versatile, self-starters experienced in working with diverse clients.
