includes the following counties in northwestern Illinois:
Carroll, Lee, Boone, Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Ogle, Winnebago,
and DeKalb. It also includes Sterling and Rock Falls
in Whiteside County, the following cities in McHenry
County: Harvard, Marengo, Hartland, Alden, Lawrence,
Franklinville, Union, Coral, Riley and Harmony, and
the following cities in Kane County: Hampshire, Burlington,
Virgil, Maple Park, Elburn, Kaneville, Big Rock, and
Sugar Grove.
