Additional Information that can be Posted for a Fee

In order to help districts better serve their members cost effectively, there are additional services or information that can be posted on a district webpage for an additional fee. Contact the IDA webmaster for exact costs. Click here for some ideas and some approximate fees.

Service	Fee
Posting a new membership form (MS Word or PDF)	$15 per posting
Posting a registration form for a district sponsored event (MS Word or PDF)	$15 per posting (posting details of event is at no additional cost)
Edits to currently posted membership or registration forms and reposting (where IDA webmaster completes the edits)	$25 per round of edits and reposting the membership form
Posting district newsletters	$15 per posting
District “member only” information is possible with a yearly password update. It will be the responsibility of the district to disseminate the password to its members	$75 and plus if additional features incorporated
District "member only" login using member last name and ADA number as login is $150 to setup initially and for updates the costs are	$30 for a full new list replacement (done at start of membership year and often then again month later after many new members join)
	$15 for the addition to names already in member database - small list of names (10 or less) to add is
Online voting	starts at $100 (depends on setup) additional features include posting bios, sending out email reminder to vote
Online membership survey	starts at $100; setup similar to online voting; depends on setup
Lists: Announcement/Eblast and Listservs
Announcement List	up 500 subscribers is = $25/month up to 100 subscribers is = $20/month up to 50 subscribers is = $15 a month
Listserv (less than 400 messages a month)	up to 500 subscribers = $40/month up to 100 subscribers = $23/month up to 50 subscribers = $15/month

Note: Annual fee for all district webpages is $100 a year. IDA will invoice each district once a year for this fee.
