Welcome to the North Suburban Dietetic Association

Greetings NSDA current and potential members,
Thanks for checking out our website. If you are not already a member, I invite you to become a member of NSDA. You can benefit from being active in your local dietetic association. Networking, affordable CPE’s perfect for your portfolio, up-to-date nutrition topics, job postings, volunteer positions and many more perks await you!
We have three more meeting plus our dinner meeting for the 2008-2009 year. The membership directory is up and running and the newsletters are online.
We are grateful to the Harper College Dietetic Technician program for the continued use of the facility for meetings. Don't forget the March cooking demo is in a different room than the other meetings. See the agenda for details.
The board members want to hear from you. Many of you have great ideas, so please share them with us. Please feel free to ask your questions and provide us with feedback at the upcoming meetings. Feel free to also e-mail me at anytime. Volunteer opportunities (with minimal time commitment) are available in NSDA,your dedication will not only benefit you professionally, it will benefit our organization to have your talents.
Winter and spring are busy times for dietetics professionals! I hope to see you at some of the events including the FREE PPW online workshop and Spring Assembly.
I leave you with a quote: "The main quality of leadership...is courage! If you can dream it, you can do it!" Walter Elias Disney
Have a happy, healthy year. See you at the meetings!
