Central Illinois Dietetic Association - President's Message Hello from Central Illinois Dietetic Association! Posted: 8/18/2011   Welcome back CIDA members.  I'm looking forward to an exciting year with CIDA.  We are currently working on programs for 2011-2012.  As an affiliate of the Illinois Dietetic Association, membership in CIDA is open to all American Dietetic Association Members. Benefits of CIDA Membership include continuing education offered through Member Meetings and other CEU events, networking with other Central Illinois-area RDs/DTRs, Opportunities to lobby with the legislative committee at the state and national level, Membership Directory with contact information of all members, and access to CIDA Awards and Scholarships. Membership is available for $20.  Email reminders continue to be our primary form of communication and will keep you informed of upcoming meetings and CIDA activities.  We're pleased to offer an additional 12 CEU's through the ISU journal club.   I look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy all CIDA has to offer.    We will have information regarding our upcoming Fall/Spring meetings once the dates are set.  Please put these dates on your calendars: September 13, 2011 Organic Garden Tour, North Hampton, IL---RSVP required.
